94% Of Marketers Utilize Facebook


Despite the skeptics, Facebook remains the dominant platform in terms of social media marketing, according to a study performed by Wildfire Interactive.  A survey of more than 700 marketers revealed that 94% use Facebook when marketing within social media.   Twitter followed Facebook with 74%.  The other options that the study included were: blogging (42%), LinkedIn (32%), YouTube (30%) and other (6%).  The study also stated that close to 70% of marketers felt that Facebook fans were of value to them. This study clearly cements Facebook as the premier method of marketing through social media.
